Privacy Policy
Protecting our visitors' personal data matters to dropmind (dropmind.hu). This policy summarizes what data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis, which processors are involved, and what rights you have. We act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.

2. What we process and why
2.1. Contact form
The consultation request form collects: name, email address, phone number, company size, industry, the area that takes up most of your time, and your message.
Purpose: responding to your inquiry and arranging the free consultation.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps
taken prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention: until the purpose is fulfilled or your consent is withdrawn.
2.2. AI assistant (voice and text conversations)
An AI-based assistant runs on the site for voice or text conversations. The content of the conversation and related technical data are processed to operate the service. Conversations are informational; every quote is prepared by the team.
Purpose: answering visitor questions and assuring service quality.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent, given by starting to use the
assistant (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention: as long as needed for quality assurance.
2.3. Technical data
The website is static: it currently sets no analytics or marketing cookies of its own. The hosting provider may log technical data (such as IP address and browser type) required to operate the service securely. The embedded AI assistant may use technical storage (local storage) necessary for its operation.
3. Data processors
The controller uses the following processors:
- Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA), hosting and technical infrastructure.
- ElevenLabs Inc. (169 Madison Ave #2484, New York, NY 10016, USA), operating the AI assistant (voice and text).
- Make (Celonis, Inc. group, make.com), automation of form and conversation data transfers.
- Airtable Inc. (799 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA), structured storage of contact and conversation data.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, processors rely on the safeguards of GDPR Chapter V, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
4. Your rights
You can submit requests at info@dropmind.hu; we respond within 30 days at the latest. You have the right to:
- request information about how your data is processed,
- access the data we hold about you,
- request rectification of inaccurate data,
- request erasure or restriction,
- object to processing,
- request data portability, and
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5. Cookies
Beyond storage essential for operation, the site only uses cookies with your prior consent, in two categories:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): visitor statistics and improving the experience.
- Marketing cookies (Google Ads): ad measurement and personalization.
You give consent per category in the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw it any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set (Google Consent Mode). Where analytics and marketing services are used, the processor is Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. See section 2.3 for the technical storage of embedded services (AI assistant).
6. Remedies
If you believe the processing violates the law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
